A Message from the Trustees
The Trustees are pleased to welcome, our future pupils, parents and friends to SeNgoda College. We hope your time with us will be a long and enjoyable experience for you and for us.
We are happy to tell you that we are committed to provide an outstanding learning experience for all our learners. Our aim is to enable each learner to achieve the full scope of his potential, whilst providing them with the personal skills which will prepare them for life and work. As such, the opportunities the school intends to offer are vast and ever expanding.
The way in which we have set ourselves is one of the chief reasons why SeNgoda College will grow into one of the most sought after private educational institution in Zimbabwe. We promise you that the school will live up to its hype – that is our responsibility as Trustees! We intend to fulfill our promise in our pay-off-line “every child has it !”. The bar has been set very high and we make no apologies. We set very high standards and the entire SeNgoda team, with purpose, shall work seamlessly towards that goal.
The founders of the school have a passionate commitment to the education of young people. They have an inexhaustible faith in the potential and capability of youth as evinced in the symbolism of the name “like a diamond” and the related pay-off-line “(diamond) cutting edge mind – every child has it!”
Children are crown jewels of any nation and each child is as valuable as a diamond and with the right guidance, will chip away, carving away a personal and national destiny with the hardiness of a diamond for an outcome as rich and beautiful as a diamond.
We have high expectations of our students in terms of behaviour, effort and willingness to take an active role in school life and life beyond the school gates. We believe that the provision of a good sound education relies on the development of a strong three-way partnership between the School, the Learners and their Parents.
The School is new but will grow to rival and surpass the best schools in the country, sub-region and the world. We intend to set up state-of-the-art buildings and our standards and achievements shall be well known. We will achieve very good results and shall be constantly ranked in the top five by The Ministry of Primary & Secondary Education in all public examinations we shall undertake.
However, the best way for you to get to know the School is to experience it for yourself, we will always be pleased to receive you.
