Welcome to SeNgoda College and thank you for your interest in our school.

Everyone at SeNgoda works hard to create an exciting, stimulating and caring environment, to enable each learner to reach his full potential.

All our pupils are also expected to make their own contribution to school life.

To achieve this we’ve developed an admission system which doesn’t just look at a learner’s current academic ability, but also her potential and whether she will be happy in our boarding environment. The Application Support Form completed by the applicant’s school helps towards the selection.

Our learners come from different homes and school environments. SeNgoda is committed to supporting pupils with disabilities and also has a Learning Support Unit (LSU) for learners with special educational needs.

SeNgoda believes that “every child can” if the child wishes and the school is committed. The school’s function is to effectively manage the learning and tuition variables. This is an area of determined competence on the part of SeNgoda tutors and managers – they are veritable enablers.

At the point when a learner is offered a place, his family’s financial background is taken into account although places are awarded on merit. Families who feel they may need help and feel are eligible can then apply for a means-tested bursary.
